Because I know so many of you have extremely busy lives I have managed to find out exactly when the world ends, May 21st. That is if you believe Edwin Ramos, a Vineland resident who has taken some extreme measures recently.
He gave his business, American Industrial Contractors, to his father about 8 months ago. He also traded a truck he owned for an RV which he wrapped with his message of doom. He has moved his wife and three kids into his parents house and put his home up for sale, hoping to use the money to sustain them and spread the word until the end comes, May 21st.
He claims careful reading of the Bible has led him to believe May 21 is the date of the great flood in the story of Noah.
While we brush people like this off as kooks or just plain crazy, I'm sure he might find some believers in Japan. Maybe I should look into that boat, afterall.
